Additional Information
Non-wedding events have a 4 hour minimum rental, includes setup + takedown.
An additional $300 will be added for holiday rentals

All personal items should be removed no later than 12:00 PM on the following morning for wedding + reception rentals only
Personal items for all other events should be removed the day of the event
